"Currently, young people are keen on living in metropolises, but I am willing to stay here to learn and to accumulate knowledge", said the interviewee Adila ablat, a boss of a clothing factory.In 2018, in response to the call for entrepreneurship and employment opportunities, Adila ablat returned to Aksu, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region to set up a clothing factory and employed some housewives.
After receiving the training, the women were qualified. Now, women have jobs near home, and they make clothes during busy time and take care of family in spare time. They can make a balance between work and life while increasing their income.
Adila ablat said, "I can still remember their smile and confidence when they got the first salary."
